1. Eat small portion meals. Cut down calorie intake.
2. No more cookies, chips, donuts, creams.
3. Only drink water.
4. Stop eating by 10pm.
5. Eat at the same time every day (helps with metabolism for some reason).
6. Walk more. Run more. Exercise by doing squats and sit ups more.
7. Eat more vegetables. Carrots, salad (without heavy dressing).
